Before moving to Champaign, Joni lived in many cities across the country, raising her two children, daughter Kristie and son Tyler, with her husband Dennis. While living in Texas she worked as an administrative assistant in real estate. In March of 2007, she earned her Florida real estate license. She has practiced real estate full time since then.
In April 2010, she became a part of the Champaign real estate community, joining Mark Waldhoff & Associates at Keller Williams Realty.
Joni specializes in the representation of both buyers and sellers of pre-owned homes and new construction of single-family residences, condominiums and town homes. She has experience and can assist with the details from contract thoughout closing.
